Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Doughbird concept in Dallas. This role requires 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management, strong operations and financial acumen, and the ability to lead shifts, plan schedules, and elevate guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality and cleanliness, manage a diverse team, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Immediate hiring.

• Must have 3+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including scheduling, planning and daily decision making.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Drive continuous improvement.

Compensation Range

$70,000 - $80,000 / year + 15% bonus opportunity
