Job summary

Culinary Dropout is seeking an Assistant General Manager in California to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a high-energy team, manage shifts, and ensure extraordinary guest experiences. The role requires strong business acumen, scheduling oversight, and a passion for hospitality.

You will drive continuous improvement, maintain product quality, and utilize POS systems and OpenTable to optimize service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling, and daily decision making.
• Focus on guest experience and operational excellence.
• Understanding of flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
