Job summary

Fox Restaurant Concepts is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Doughbird, a high-volume fast-casual concept. You will lead shifts, manage scheduling, and drive daily decision making to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant management, understand operations, and can coach a team. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered as part of a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems).

$70,000 - $80,000 / year + 15% bonus opportunity
