Job summary

The Greene House, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is hiring immediately for an Assistant General Manager to lead operations in our high-volume concept in Scottsdale. Must have 3+ years of restaurant management experience and the ability to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

You will oversee shifts, staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure product quality and cleanliness; manage POS systems and reservations; coach a talented team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems).
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.

Compensation Range

$70,000 - $80,000 / year + 15% bonus opportunity
