Job summary

Drury Hotels in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Operations Leader to guide all hotel departments and deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Drury standards.

You will train and coach team members, drive key metrics in quality, service and profitability, and model quality assurance best practices daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, business, or related field.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.
