Drury Hotels Company’s Assistant General Manager – Unassigned is responsible for supporting hotel properties and staff across the region, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations. You will lead across departments, train and coach team members, recruit the right talent, and uphold quality assurance standards while controlling costs.

A positive, can-do attitude required.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred.
Minimum of one-year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
Hotel specific experience preferred.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
