The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and achieving financial goals in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will oversee guest registration and checkout, train staff, monitor systems, and coordinate with other departments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction, while upholding brand standards.

Marriott experience preferred; minimum 1 year supervisory front desk experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience in a supervisory role.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Proficient with PMS system and computer literacy required.
• Advanced knowledge of the brand’s rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing Front Office operations to meet guest service and financial goals.
• Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, guest service, and telephone service.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and assist in Rooms Division budget.
• Monitor front office systems and equipment for optimal performance.
• Provide training and develop staff; manage discipline when needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve communication and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve problems to maintain satisfaction.
