Job summary

The LINE DC is seeking a dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager who resides in Washington DC Ward 1. If hired, expect a Ward 1 Resident Bonus of $300.

You will drive guest experience, supervise front desk operations, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hotel setting. Applicants should have a strong hospitality background, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Three (3) years related hospitality or service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Opera PMS

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and maintain eye contact
• Maintain courteous professional demeanor at all times
• Supervise daily front office functions to ensure guest service standards
• Coordinate daily group arrival/departure, special requests, room assignments
• Schedule front office staff to forecasted business levels
• Provide guidance compliant with company policies
• Support accounting, purchasing, and cash handling procedures
• Maintain lobby appearance and front office supplies
• Participate in recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA compliance
