Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Support customer service programs and address concerns promptly.
• Provide checkout support, including register functions.
• Assist with scheduling, service levels, and daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end environment.
• Handle tills, safe counts, reconciliations, refunds.
• Monitor inventory and order front-end supplies.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates.
• Assist with labor planning, budgeting, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards.
• Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and documentation.
• Act as front-end lead in absence of Customer Service Manager.
