Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate front-end operations to ensure fast, friendly checkout service.
• Support customer service programs and respond to concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide checkout support, including register functions and customer assistance.
• Guide scheduling, service levels, and daily front-end operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment.
• Manage cash handling, tills, reconciliations, refunds, and transactions.
• Monitor front-end inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates and supervisors.
• Support labor planning, budgeting, and department expenses.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation.
