TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to partner with the Food Service Director in overseeing a large jail facility's dining operations in Florida.

This role focuses on leading kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health codes, and delivering high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience in food service, ServSafe certification, and expertise in purchasing, inventory, and safety standards to maintain an efficient and sanitary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and at least 18 years old.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in food service.
• Three years of experience in food service and ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and manage facility food service operations.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective actions to team members.
• Communicate with clients and ensure menu standards.
• Oversee food quantities per plan and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper food storage and sanitation per regulations.
• Maintain serving schedules and sanitary practices.
• Comply with Health Department codes and inspections.
• Perform other duties as needed.
