Trinity Services Group seeks an Assistant Food Service Director to partner with the Food Service Director in running a large jail kitchen operation onsite. You will supervise food service staff, coordinate meals, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; leadership and supervisory experience in food service.
• ServSafe certification and knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and receiving processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and food service management systems.
• Experience in institutional or large-scale food service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, train, and supervise facility food service operations and staff.
• Recruit, orient, train, and correct team members as needed.
• Maintain client communications and build positive relationships.
• Ensure correct quantities prepared and served per plan; manage inventory.
• Safely store food items and maintain serving schedules per menu specs.
• Uphold sanitary standards and comply with Health Department codes.
• Support inspections and other required regulatory actions.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
