The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to food-handling regulations, inventory control, and collaborating with clients. Onsite work with a focus on quality service and staff development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Three years of experience in food service.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Experience applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and manage the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Develop positive connections with clients and communicate requirements.
• Oversee food preparation and serving according to the menu and site plan.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and advance preparation of the planned menu schedule.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and sanitary service per guidelines.
