The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing service across multiple outlets and events. You will support staff scheduling, training, and performance management, ensuring high standards, cost control, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, beverage operations, and cost control.
• Wine and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
