Job summary

The Unbound Collection by Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Carmel Valley Ranch. You will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, schedule, forecast, train staff and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and procedures.

You will coordinate special events and help drive hospitality excellence across all outlets. The ideal candidate has strong communication and analytical skills, a background in F&B management, and a proven ability to lead a team

Qualifications

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

Wage ranges from $68,640.00 to $70,000.00 annually
