Workout Anytime in Lynchburg, VA is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director who will drive Personal Training growth through consultative sales and member-focused leadership. The role blends leadership with hands-on training, client development, and revenue-building activities.

The ideal candidate has Personal Training certification, sales experience, and a passion for helping members realize their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or related degree) preferred
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results; Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Responsibilities
