Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to grow the Personal Training department through consultative sales, exceptional member experiences, and leadership. This role suits a motivated Personal Trainer who thrives on goals, builds relationships, and loves helping members transform through Personal Training.

You will conduct Success Sessions, sell Personal Training programs based on goals, build your client base, generate leads, and support department

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification or related degree preferred.
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members.
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals.
• Build and manage your own training client base.
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training.
