Workout Anytime in Cookeville, TN is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to grow the Personal Training department through consultative sales, member engagement, and leadership. This role blends sales with leadership responsibilities to elevate the client experience and department performance.

The ideal candidate will have a PT certification and sales experience, be a confident communicator, and thrive in a goal-oriented, team-first environment, helping members transform their lives through

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or related degree) preferred.
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members.
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals.
• Build and manage your own training client base.
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training.
• Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development.
• Deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue.
