Job summary

Workout Anytime is hiring a Personal Training Sales Leader to grow our Personal Training department through consultative sales and leadership. This role suits a motivated trainer who thrives on goals, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping members transform their lives.

You will conduct sessions, recommend training programs, and lead a client base while driving member retention and revenue through exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification is preferred.
• Experience in Personal Training and/or fitness sales is preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members.
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals.
• Build and manage your own training client base.
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training.
• Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development.
