Job summary

Workout Anytime is seeking a Personal Training Sales Leader to grow the Personal Training department through consultative sales, exceptional member experiences, and leadership.

This role suits a motivated Personal Trainer who thrives in a goal-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping members transform their lives through Personal Training. On-site position with coaching and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification preferred.
• Experience in fitness sales or Personal Training is preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members.
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals.
• Build and manage your own training client base.
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training.
• Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development.
• Deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue.

What We're Looking For
