Job summary

Workout Anytime is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director in Cookeville to grow our Personal Training department through consultative sales and strong member experiences. This role blends coaching, leadership support, and revenue generation to transform member lives through training programs.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification or related degree preferred.
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members.
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals.
• Build and manage your own training client base.
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training.
• Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development.
