Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC, in Cookeville, TN, is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to grow our Personal Training department through consultative sales, exceptional member experiences, and leadership.

You will conduct complimentary Success Sessions, build your own training client base, and support the Fitness Director with trainer development. This role rewards performance with coaching, commissions, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification preferred.
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
