Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC seeks a Personal Training Sales Leader to grow our Personal Training department through consultative sales and exceptional member experiences. This role suits a motivated trainer who thrives on goals, enjoys building relationships, and aims to transform lives through Personal Training.

Responsibilities include leading sessions, selling programs based on goals, building a client base, and driving retention through outstanding service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or related degree) preferred.
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
