Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is hiring an Assistant Fitness Director to grow our Personal Training department through consultative sales, member experiences, and leadership in Cookeville, TN.

This role is ideal for a motivated Personal Trainer who thrives in a goal-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping members transform their lives through Personal Training.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification or related degree preferred.
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members.
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on member goals.
• Build and manage your own training client base.
• Generate leads through member engagement, referrals, and group training.
• Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development.
• Deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and recurring revenue.
