Job summary

H3 Ranch in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house and beverage operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience with warm, knowledgeable service and consistent hospitality standards.

This hands-on leader will supervise servers, hosts, bartenders, and events, coordinate with culinary leadership, monitor service metrics, control labor and inventory, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in food & beverage, culinary, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• 2+ years supervisory or shift leadership experience in a high-volume setting.
• Current TABC certification.
• Current Food Handler certification and/or ServSafe certification.
• Flexible schedule — must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, train, and develop hospitality teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and F&B operations, service standards, guest relations, and hospitality best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and food & beverage operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional service.
• Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house team members including servers, hosts, bartenders, and food runners.
• Monitor service standards, ticket times, table turns, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with Executive Chef and culinary leadership to ensure coordination between front and back of house.
• Support beverage operations, including wine service, cocktails, beer, and other offerings.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management of staff.
• Monitor labor costs, sales, guest counts, and other key operating metrics.
