Four Seasons Hotel Austin seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. You will uphold exceptional guest service, oversee daily service operations, and support staff development and discipline.

The role requires MICROS familiarity, 2–3 years in F&B, and TABC & Food Handlers certifications. Candidates should be authorized to work in the US. Open availability is expected for a 24/7 luxury operation in downtown Austin.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• Two to three years' experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of guest service and ensure smooth service operations.
• Lead development, training and disciplinary process for staff.
