Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to oversee full-service outlets, coordinate events and lead a team in a luxury setting. The role covers staffing, scheduling, and staff training, with emphasis on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service, fine dining restaurant and a desire to grow in hospitality.
• Solid understanding of food & beverage operations.
• Knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer products; certifications are a plus.
• General knowledge of food products and cooking techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Micros Symphony POS.
• Strong planning, prioritization and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Hyatt guidelines and values for health, safety and comfort of colleagues and guests.
• Floor management during service; Coach staff and resolve guest complaints.
• Ongoing training of hourly staff members.
• Payroll tasks: finalize schedules, document time edits, payroll and tips submission.
• Assist with administrative duties: placing orders, paying invoices, organizing stockrooms, staff scheduling.
• Stay updated on food and beverage offerings and trends.
• Engage with guests in and around the establishment, including online feedback.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and provide personalized service.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
