COREcruitment Ltd on behalf of a prestigious luxury property seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support day-to-day restaurant, bar, and banquet operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily F&B operations across multiple outlets, staff scheduling and training, maintaining service standards, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment.
• Wine and beverage knowledge preferred
• Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment

Responsibilities

• Support daily Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets and service periods
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• Maintain service standards and ensure an elevated guest experience at all times
• Monitor labor costs, departmental expenses, and inventory controls
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist in coordinating private events, group functions, and special programming
• Partner with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency and service excellence
