Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Catering Manager to coordinate and communicate details for sales groups, weddings, and social events, ensuring seamless execution across hotel guestrooms, catering services, food and beverage, and banquet facilities. The role focuses on maximizing revenues and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in hospitality or related field, 2+ years in sales or event management with 1 year in F&B or luxury

• 2+ years in sales or event management, with 1 year in F&B or luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal departments.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Experience in high-volume and luxury environments.
• Flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate details for sales groups, weddings, and social events, regarding hotel guestrooms, catering services, food and beverage, and banquet facilities.
• Maximise total rooms, food, beverage, and meeting room rental revenues and profits while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in setup/breakdown of banquet spaces or food service as needed.

We are looking for a Catering Manager to join our team! The C Catering Manager coordinates and communicates details for sales groups, weddings, and social events, regarding hotel guestrooms, catering services, food and beverage, and banquet facilities, while maximizing total rooms, food, beverage, and meeting room rental revenues and profits, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast ‑ paced environment, builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams, and ensures every event is executed flawlessly.

Pay Range: $67,000 - $73,000 per year.

Qualifications

· College degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.

· A minimum of two years in sales or event management with one year in F&B or luxury hospitality related work experience.

· Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal departments.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

· Prior experience in high-volume and luxury environments.

· Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and or holidays as the business requires.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to occasionally assist in breaking down to set up of banquet space, or assist in food service as needed, requiring lifting of up to 50 pounds.
