Elysée New York, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to lead guest journeys across Front Desk, Bell Services, PBX, and overnight operations. You will coach teams to uphold Forbes/Leading Quality Assurance standards and ensure seamless, personalized service for our luxury guests in Midtown Manhattan.

Reporting to leadership, you’ll manage scheduling, VIP handling, and service recovery with discretion and care, while maintaining impeccable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive Front Office experience in ultra-luxury hotel.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory Front Office experience.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead Front Desk, Bell Services, and PBX during peak periods.
• Coach Front Office teams to reflect luxury standards.
• Review arrivals, VIP activity, and guest preferences daily.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Develop Front Desk Agents and Bell Attendants to deliver genuine hospitality.
