• Ability to obtain TAP card and Alaska Food Worker Card.
• Pass background check successfully.

Responsabilidades

• Assist management of Goldbelt Tram's restaurant and F&B operations for meals, catering and events.
• Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service as directed by the Manager.
• Implement workflow procedures and manage inventories.
• Schedule front of house and ensure labor targets are met.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with F&B team on new Ideas; ensure regulatory compliance.
