• Ability to oversee both front- and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all food and beverage operations under the District Manager.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house staffing and service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, supporting daily operations at least 60%.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and food cost controls.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive operational excellence.
