Qualifications

• Minimum three years in Food & Beverage operations.
• Ability to obtain TAP card.
• Ability to obtain Alaska Food Worker Card.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of Goldbelt Tram’s restaurant and F&B operations to meet profitability and service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations for breakfast, lunch and dinner as directed by the Manager.
• Implement workflow procedures per the General Manager’s direction.
• Complete inventories and ensure proper admin processes.
• Staff front-of-house scheduling to meet labor targets.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
