Job summary

Chin’an Gaming Hall in Alaska seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee casino outlets, manage staff, and ensure top-tier guest service.

You will drive budgets, menu development, inventory control, and compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and gaming regulations, while leading the team in a fast-paced, high-end environment. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in food & beverage ops, with supervisory/management exp.
• Experience in casino, resort, or high-volume hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of health/safety, alcohol service, and gaming regulations.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain required work cards/certs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of casino food & beverage outlets and staffing.
• Assist in budgeting, labor, and cost management; monitor inventories.
• Ensure high-quality service, training, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and gaming rules.
