Edgewater Casino Resort is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily operations across QSR, casual and fine dining outlets. You will supervise front-of-house staff and assist with staffing, guest service, compliance, and quality control to maintain high-energy, guest-focused operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in food & beverage leadership, strong communication, and a proven ability to train, coach, and optimize service standards in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of food and beverage leadership or progressive responsibility in casual, QSR, or fine dining.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with strong communication.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop team performance.

Responsabilités

• Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching staff to promote performance and service consistency.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure alignment with standards, safety, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Resolve team or guest concerns; escalate to department leadership when needed.
• Maintain par levels and inventory; place orders and perform monthly counts.
• Oversee POS operations, support cashier activities, and manage refunds per policy.
• Ensure sanitation standards through inspections and documentation.
• Support host/ess during peak hours to seat guests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling adjustments, and labor compliance as directed.
