Job summary

Augustine Gaming Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within a gaming environment. You will lead staff, train teams, monitor service standards, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and gaming regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional team

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in hospitality with emphasis on food and beverage.
• Experience with current F&B operating systems and software.
• Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
• Must be 21+; pass drug and background checks.
• Obtain Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Server Certifications.
• Must obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within 30 days.
• Forecast F&B needs and adhere to budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to service standards.
• Conduct ongoing training to improve guest experience.
• Address guest comments, analyze root causes and implement resolutions.
• Maintain a professional, service-focused atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with all company rules and procedures.
• Supervise FOH staff, manage attendance and discipline.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents in detail.
• Foster a service culture and effective communications.
• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer use.
• Maintain adequate par levels and oversee supplies.
• Ensure safe working environment.
