Edgewater Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee multiple venues, including QSR, casual, and fine dining, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will supervise front-of-house staff, assist with staffing, payroll, compliance, inventory, and coordinate with the F&B Manager to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced casino hospitality setting.

Formación

• 3 years of food and beverage experience including leadership or progressive responsibility in casual, fine dining or QSR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support training, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs and shift schedules.
• Committed to upholding a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching department staff to promote strong performance and service consistency.
• Monitor daily operations to align with company standards and guest satisfaction goals.
• Serve as point of contact for resolving team member or guest concerns, escalating as needed.
• Oversee compliance with policies, and address performance concerns with the F&B Manager.
• Manage inventory and par levels, place orders, and perform monthly counts.
