Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to protect the casino and hotel assets, oversee maintenance, safety, and daily operations, and lead a skilled facilities team to deliver reliable, guest-ready environments. The role requires 5+ years in facilities management, strong leadership, blueprints literacy, and experience with HVAC, electrical systems, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of previous experience in the facility management field, including leadership or progressive responsibility in engineering, maintenance, and operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and specifications
• Working knowledge of boilers, HVAC systems, electrical power distribution, emergency systems, and auxiliary machinery
• Knowledge of safe working practices and regulatory requirements for maintenance trades
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff to support high performance, engagement, and alignment with company standards and service excellence
• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by translating organizational goals into actionable plans, ensuring team alignment, accountability, and timely delivery under the guidance of division leadership
• Establish and uphold service standards within assigned department(s), ensuring consistent delivery that meets or exceeds guest expectations and operational goals
• Oversee and communicate with supervisory staff to ensure all areas within the department are operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently
• Maintain a strict preventative maintenance program to ensure the reliability and safety of all facilities and equipment
• Consult with various departments to assess and respond to facility-related needs, supporting both internal operations and guest satisfaction
• Review and update all facilities-related policies, procedures, and job descriptions to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
• Oversee payroll and related administrative duties to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
