Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Manager at our Washington, DC area property. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest service, maintain high food quality, and manage costs and labor to achieve financial targets.

You will collaborate with the Chef on menu execution and training programs, while overseeing timely service, pricing strategies, and staff development to ensure a Great Place to Work for All.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B management within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly, professional service and ensure high quality food with value and consistency in an attractive environment.
• Ensure meals are delivered timely with proper plating, portions, and temperature.
• Develop cost-savings and labor strategies aligned with hotel F&B financial goals.
• Train staff in service sequence and product knowledge to meet guest needs.
• Lead daily service education, line-ups, and training programs for new and existing staff.
• Support menu pricing, liquor/wine procurement, and collaboration with the Chef to maintain quality and presentation.
