• Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams.
• Support food and beverage initiatives.
• Collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate special activations and seasonal offerings.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance development of F&B colleagues.
