America's Best, part of National Vision, seeks an Assistant Eyeglass Manager in New Jersey to oversee daily store operations, people management, and inventory control. You will drive sales and ensure outstanding customer service.

Lead Opticians and CL Sales staff, assist the General Manager with staffing and forecasting, and mentor Apprentice Opticians where allowed by law. A comprehensive benefits package supports your growth.

Formación

• Maintain Optical license as required by the state.
• Optical sales experience; Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Strong communication skills for effective management of teams.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.

Responsabilidades

• Drives, monitors, and achieves profit, sales and performance goals according to National Vision standards.
• Oversees the eyeglass department for efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Conveys a commitment to outstanding customer service and ensures the same from associates.
• Ensures quality standards are met.
• Manages merchandising, pricing promotions, and initiatives per Brand standards.
• Supervises Opticians and CL Sales staff and ensures day-to-day functions are completed.
• Assists the General Manager with staffing forecasts, recruiting and retention of staff.
• Leads and coaches to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Mentors Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
