Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead site housekeeping operations, drive quality and timeliness, and support the Executive Housekeeper. This role ensures guest safety and satisfaction while maintaining budgets and client relationships.

As a second level manager, you will schedule staff, supervise housekeepers and supervisors, review performance, and conduct weekly meetings to optimize operations across the resort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of experience directly related to the job with progressive responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by 5:00 PM every Thursday and assign tasks to staff.
• Monitor daily work hours to ensure adherence to budgeted hours.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback to staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead weekly training meetings with supervisors and monthly all-staff meetings.
