The AEH supports the Executive Housekeeper and protects budget targets while fostering a positive working relationship with clients and associates across the resort. The role requires managing schedules, coaching supervisors, conducting training, and coordinating with site leadership to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of experience directly related to the job with progressive responsibility.
• English communication required; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules for housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors.
• Coach staff to reach productivity standards and provide ongoing feedback.
• Conduct weekly training meetings with supervisors and monthly meetings with all staff to ensure SOP adherence.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly while maintaining safety rules.
• Maintain inventories and manage vehicle and unit maintenance logs.
