You will coordinate schedules, supervise housekeepers and supervisors, and act in the EH's absence to keep operations running smoothly. The role emphasizes cost control, timely turnover, staff development, and maintaining strong client relationships with Resort management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two years of related experience with progressive responsibility.
• Proven track record of driving performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Monitor budgeted hours and quality standards.
• Support EH in managing client relations and site operations.
• Conduct safety and training meetings.
