Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH) to lead site housekeeping operations, ensuring quality and timeliness. You will direct teams, manage budgets with the Executive Housekeeper absent, and maintain client relationships while upholding standards and safety.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in hospitality housekeeping, and a focus on engagement and inclusion across all staff levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of experience directly related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by 5:00 PM every Thursday; assign daily tasks to housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors.
• Monitor daily work hours to align with budgeted hours.
• Conduct weekly training meetings with supervisors and monthly meetings with staff.
• Maintain site assets and ensure cleanliness standards in rooms and common areas.
• Build a positive rapport with resort management and attend meetings.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
