Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead site housekeeping operations and ensure quality standards. You will direct room attendants and supervisors, manage schedules, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of related experience, strong leadership and English communication, and a willingness to travel rarely. Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and bilingual Spanish helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in operations or housekeeping.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Proficient computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Valid driver's license required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by Thursday 5:00 PM and assign tasks to staff.
• Monitor hours to stay within budget.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
• Lead weekly training meetings with supervisors.
• Address associate concerns and provide feedback.
• Report maintenance and safety issues.
• Assist in performance reviews and discipline when needed.
