Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Program Director in the Providence County program. The role includes hiring and training staff, supervising teams, and reporting weekly performance to the Director.

Travel to homes and schools is required to oversee participant services and compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in youth services or juvenile justice, with 1+ year in management, and a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Associate's degree accepted with related experience.
• 3–5 years in youth services, juvenile justice, or related programs.
• 1+ year in management or supervision.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EHR experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Program Director in Providence County with hiring and training new staff.
• Supervise staff and communicate weekly performance to the Director.
• Coordinate participant staffing and ensure delivery of service hours.
• Ensure compliance with YAP and referring authority requirements.
• Commit to strength-based, culturally competent care.
