Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred; commensurate community-based experience acceptable.
• At least one year managing personnel and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and coordinate client staffing to ensure weekly service delivery while complying with YAP requirements.
• Provide supervision to staff and communicate weekly performance to the Director.
• Support staff and families; provide direct service and group work as needed.
