Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Hamilton County programs. You will lead recruitment, training and supervision of staff, and report weekly performance to the Program Director.

The role requires strong knowledge of child welfare, mental health, and juvenile justice systems. Responsibilities include coordinating participant staffing, ensuring service hours compliance, managing budgets, and maintaining a strength-based, culturally competent care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree generally preferred.
• At least one year of managing personnel and budgets.
• Knowledge of database software, spreadsheet software and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and coordinate staffing to deliver services.
• Provide supervision and motivation to staff; communicate weekly performance to Director.
