Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in veterans affairs, financial aid, admissions, or enrollment services.
• Knowledge of military benefits and transcripts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on all aspects of the financial aid process, including FAFSA completion, cost of attendance, and federal funds.
• Lead a counseling team to support student appointments and escalate needs as required.
• Coordinate veteran benefits processing and ensure compliance with VA requirements.
